All classes are $12, unless otherwise noted, and your first class is free. Our historic home at 1350 W. Erie Street also has soaring 24-foot ceilings and vintage architectural elements, making it one of the most unique yoga studios in Chicago.

~ Spring Forward into Yoga ~
Join us for an Intro to Yoga 4-week class series. We know attending your first yoga class can be intimidating. So this series is intended to empower beginners by covering common breathing techniques, basic postures and yoga fundamentals. Build both flexibility and strength as you calm your mind and your nervous system.
Public Group Yoga Classes for Beginners
April 8, 15, 22, 29 – 6-7:15pm
May 6, 13, 20, 27 – 6-7:15pm

~ Group Goodies ~
Learn the basics of yoga with a group of good friends in our private beginner yoga group sessions. Hold each other accountable, have fun and explore how yoga can help you find more space, presence and grounding. Close the practice with specialty non-alcoholic spritzers and chocolates.

Kahrin emphasizes breath awareness and moving mindfully in a manner that is compassionate to your body and to your range of motion. Above all, it’s her intention to create a supportive and safe environment for self-discovery – where you can also be playful, get a good workout and have some fun. She received her yoga teaching certification from Moksha Yoga Center.
